Remote clinical exercise physiology
Exercise, prescribed like it matters.
I'm Rob — a clinical exercise physiologist. I help people with high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and struggling mental health use exercise the way the evidence says it works: structured, personal, and reviewed against your real health numbers.
Three things I help with. Only three.
Depth beats breadth in clinical work. Everything here — the programmes, the content, the reading — is about these conditions and nothing else.
Blood pressure
Structured training that lowers blood pressure by measurable amounts — aerobic, resistance, and isometric work matched to your readings.
Type 2 diabetes
Make your muscles better at handling blood sugar. Training built around your HbA1c, your medication, and your actual week.
Mental health
Evidence-based movement for low mood, anxiety, and stress — designed for your worst days, not just your best ones.
Not a personal trainer. Not a wellness coach.
A clinical exercise physiologist is trained to use exercise as a clinical tool — understanding how training interacts with your conditions, your medications, and your test results. It's the difference between being given a workout and being given a treatment plan you enjoy following.
MSc Clinical Exercise Physiology
Postgraduate clinical training in exercise prescription for long-term health conditions.
NHS mental health experience
Clinical placement at Hopewood Park psychiatric hospital, delivering exercise support in mental health care.
CEP-UK registration in progress
Working toward registration with Clinical Exercise Physiology UK, the professional body for the discipline.

From people who've done the work
“Rob's Health MOT was one of the best investments I've made in my fitness. The level of detail was unreal — the reports broke everything down clearly and made it easy to understand what was actually driving progress. The fitness testing was really well paced and the daily accountability was consistent, responsive and genuinely helpful. It never felt like a generic or tick-box plan — everything was built around my goals and adapted as I went. I've come away with habits I can actually sustain long-term and a much better understanding of what works for me.”
“Rob took the time to understand my goals and personal needs in order to build a program tailored to me, which has led to far more noticeable improvements than I've had in the past. The plans are highly detailed, but everything is well explained and broken down into practical and sustainable advice. Couldn't recommend him highly enough!”
“He's incredibly knowledgeable and gives you great insight on where you are now and what you can do to improve. For the cost, I really think this is a no-brainer for anyone interested in understanding their health. 100% recommend.”
